We are currently building out our marketing and sales team at Broadview Senior Living at Purchase College. The sales and marketing team will assist in occupancy development at this new senior living option on the campus of Purchase College. This will be the first retirement community on a State University of New York System (SUNY) campus. This Senior Learning Community will offer learning and creative opportunities for both its older residents and the Purchase College student body.
We are currently seeking a Residency Counselor, Community Relations Coordinator, and Sales and Marketing Office Coordinator. If you are interested in one of these three positions, please apply!
- The Residency Counselor is responsible for sales and closing sales activities which meet or exceed expectations. The Residency Counselor manages the sales process from initial inquiry to residency by effective representation, negotiation and promotion of the community to the individual consumer and influencers.
Residency Counselor/Community Relations Coordinator:
- The Residency Counselor and Community Relations Coordinator works in accordance with established policies and procedures of community, Purchase College and/or specific instruction from the Marketing & Sales Director. Primary responsibilities include providing community relations and the referral inquiries necessary to achieve the community’s sales and move-in goals specifically related to those prospects who will qualify for the affordable housing component of the retirement community. This includes direct contact with groups representing potential residents and business professionals in the surrounding area in order to generate referral activity and soliciting direct referrals from these sources.
Marketing and Sales Office Coordinator:
- The Marketing and Sales Office Coordinator works in accordance with established policies and procedures of the community and Purchase College with specific instruction from the Marketing and Sales Director. The Marketing and Sales Office Coordinator provides support for all aspects of the marketing and sales effort and provides coordination of the closing and move- in function. This primarily includes receptionist responsibilities, managing administrative functions , coordinating events, completing reports, serving in a hospitality role, managing office inventory and providing other administrative support functions.
